Biographical Sketch

Bing was born in Fujian province, China in 1982. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2007 from the C.L. Brown Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Virginia. Bing also received his M.S. in electrical engineering from UVA in 2005, and his B.S. in electrical engineering from Peking University, Beijing China in 2003.

Research Interests

Bing's areas of research included image processing and analysis, computer graphics, pattern recognition, estimation theory and target tracking.
